In light of the eTwinning 2024 theme "Wellbeing at School" and exploring and integrating a "whole-school approach to well-being and mental health", students from different countries will be able to introduce and express themselves with the 2024 eTwinning Theme "I'm Happy at School" project. aims to provide the opportunity to exchange information and share project results. In this way, participating students from different countries will be enabled to collaborate and develop their creativity skills. Students are expected to make their designs and products more effective by using different IT tools and prepare a joint presentation.
Project Name: 2024 eTwinning Theme "I'm Happy at School"
Project Purpose: In light of the eTwinning 2024 theme ‘Wellbeing at School’ and exploring and integrating a ‘whole-school approach to wellbeing and mental health’, the project aims to provide an opportunity for collaboration between participating countries.
Education is not only about teaching students knowledge, but also about providing safe and nurturing environments where students can discover their talents, research and improve themselves in different fields. Schools are not just classical learning spaces. They are social areas that develop students in many ways with a constructivist approach. Therefore, since students spend most of their time at school, schools are environments that play a role in improving and protecting their well-being. Students who feel safe at school, feel valued, and have happy relationships with their friends are likely to be academically successful. Therefore, they actively participate in the learning processes at school and develop healthy relationships with their teachers and friends.
Project Goal: Collaborate between project participating countries in light of the eTwinning 2024 theme “Wellbeing at School” and exploring and integrating a “whole-school approach to well-being and mental health”
Therefore;
To raise generations that are innovative and open to innovations,
Students from different countries can exchange information and use their foreign languages effectively,
To develop creative thinking skills and learn to work as a team,
Getting to know Web2.0 tools and actively using the technology,
Students are expected to become familiar with web2.0 tools and develop interdisciplinary development and application skills with informatics tools.
Project Result
It is expected that a joint presentation book called 2024 eTwinning Theme "I'm Happy at School" will emerge as a result of the project. The products made by the students during the process will be cataloged and presented as an online exhibition. In the joint products to be produced, students' skills such as self-knowledge, self-expression and socialization, as well as cooperation, friendship, common understanding and individual differences will gain importance.
Project Materials and Work Process: Students will be free in terms of technique and materials for the products they will create in their project work. They will upload their product work to the relevant pages of the project.
